Information on how to process a Fiat deposit or withdrawal via wire transfer to your Catalyx Account

In order to deposit or withdraw from your Catalyx account by way of a wire transfer, you will need to submit your banking information to be verified. To do so, please login to your account and go to the Finance section on the Main Dashboard, and follow the prompts to upload your banking information there.

Should you have submitted your banking information and it not be verified, please email us, and request this be done as soon as possible, in order to complete a wire transfer.

For Wire Transfer Deposits:

Once your banking information has been verified, you will then send an email to us, advising us that you would like to send funds for deposit to your Catalyx account, via a bank wire transfer.

Our team will reply to your email, and provide you with the necessary information required for you to be able to send a wire transfer to us. You will then process the wire transfer send through your bank, being sure to email us a copy of the wire transfer confirmation.

Once the funds are received, they will be deposited to your account, and you will be emailed confirmation of receipt.

For Wire Transfer Withdrawals:

Once your banking information has been verified, you will then send an email to us, advising us that you would like to process a withdrawal from your Catalyx account, via a bank wire transfer.

Once your request has been validated, our team will process the wire transfer, and will email you confirmation of the wire transfer being processed.

Once you receive the funds, you are required to email us confirmation of receipt.

Please be advised that this process can take up to 5 business days, for the funds to reach your bank account.
