Your legal name may be changed, but we will require supporting documentation in order to fulfill your request. This documentation must be a legal document, of some sort, confirming the name prior, as well as the name it was changed to. Q2. I moved, how do I change the address registered on my account?

To update your mailing address on file, please email all supporting documentation confirming your new address, (ie. updated ID with address change), to our support department. Someone from our team, will reach out to you within 24hrs.

Q3. Can I change the email address I used to register my account with?

Yes, you can change the email address registered to your Catalyx account, as long as it has not already been used to register for a Catalyx account.

To change the email address registered to your account, please email your request, with a scanned copy of your Identification, proving your identity, to our support department. Someone from our team, will reach out to you within 24hrs.

To reset your password, when on the login screen, enter your login ID (the email address you registered with) and click “Forgot Password?", a verification email will be sent to the email account linked to your Catayx account, within minutes.
